Employer Portal Login
With Employer Portal you can report wages and employee separations, pay UI taxes, manage your UI account and communicate with the department in a secure environment. If you have not registered your business for Unemployment Insurance coverage, go to business.idaho.gov.
Create New Employer Portal User
Login Existing User
- At least 8 characters long
- At least 1 letter (A-Z, a-z)
- At least 1 number (0-9)
- At least 1 symbol (!, %, #, etc.)
If you are using a computer in a public setting, you must log out and close the browser before stepping away from the computer. This prevents unauthorized individuals from accessing secure information. Log out by selecting the Log out link at the top of the screen.
Employer Portal was designed for Internet Explorer 9 and newer releases. To open links with Internet Explorer 8 you will need to right click on the links and choose either “Open in New Tab” or “Open in New Window.” Not all features may be fully functional with other browsers such as FireFox, Chrome, Safari, etc. If you have problems entering or viewing information using a different browser or Internet Explorer version, use Internet Explorer with the correct version.
