Receive and respond to benefit claims online

Enrolling in SIDES E-Response allows you to receive and respond to benefit claims online. This is a free service offered to employers, which reduces both mailing costs and time.

SIDES E-Response notifies your business by email about any benefit claims filed against your account and provides information for you to send an initial response.
