This session provides practical guidance on how to design recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding practices that are accessible and welcoming to individuals with disabilities. Participants will explore strategies to reduce unintentional bias, improve compliance, and create hiring experiences that allow candidates to demonstrate their true skills and potential.
